Welcome to our ultimate guide to living in London. We have organised this guide by the London underground.

Many people new to London have little idea where to live but will often know which tube line to be near for work etc.

We have listed below all the tube lines with a brief introduction to where the lines go and how accessible they are. Each underground line will have it's own page detailing the areas, costs, amenities etc

Introduction to the Northern Line

The Northern line is one of the busiest tube lines on the network running from North to South through the City and the West End. Because the line splits at Camden and Kennington this makes the Northern Line great for commuters to the City or West End. Changing at Kennington or Camden is straight forward.

The Northern Line has had it's problems of the years but has one of the newest fleet of trains and has been upgraded recently.
